About us
Rainbow Forest has served the Lynchburg community for over 60 years as one of the original neighborhood recreation associations. We are a smaller, family-centric private pool with approximately 150 members. Built in 1961, in the Rainbow Forest neighborhood just off Timberlake Rd., the pool is member-led by a volunteer board. We are also home to the Rainbow Forest Marlins swim team, a growing and mighty swim program that competes in the Lynchburg Aquatic League.
